Nicht anders als alle anderen LEDs, welche innerhalb der Spezifikationen betrieben werden.
Früher hatte man bei 20mA einen kleinen diffusen Punkt bei einer LED, heute kann man mit 20mA an der LED (bei gleicher Betriebsspannung) Zeitung lesen.
