Suche Phototransistor für POF (Elektronik)

» ich suche einen Phototransistor für POF
» hatte hier auf einen Tipp hin einen SFH551V besorgt; der enthält aber einen
» Schmitt-Trigger
» ich brauche nun noch einen linearen Transistor
wie schon zuvor - bei Digikey die IF D92 z.B. , aber es gibt auch nur Dioden oder photo-Darlingtons...
Digikey gibt es ja auch hier in D.
