Suche Phototransistor für POF (Elektronik)

Hallo,
ich suche einen Phototransistor für POF
hatte hier auf einen Tipp hin einen SFH551V besorgt; der enthält aber einen Schmitt-Trigger
ich brauche nun noch einen linearen Transistor
hat da jemand eine Idee?
