Wie gesagt, die Frequenz darf ruhig niedriger sein, also statt 47nF 470nF rein.

Völlig ausreichend.

IRLZ34 haben die, ob im Laden verfügbar weiß ich aber nicht. Es muss halt ein Logic-Level-MOSFET sein, mit ausreichend niedrigem Bahnwiderstand.
