» Sobald die Freqeunz hoch geht muss kräftig umgeladen
» werden ( Gatekapazität )

Das ist zwar richtig, aber bei einer Glühlampe als Last, gesteuert von einem Funkschaltmodul, muss man nun wirklich nicht von hoher Frequenz ausgehen.
