Dann schau halt nicht im Web, sondern im Kochbuch. In den Standardwerken über Schaltregler steht drin weshalb man einen Invertierenden Wandler nicht so bauen kann wie du das vorhattest, und es steht auch drin wie mans richtig machen kann.
