Eigentlich eben nicht, der setzt sich aus einem Buck und einem Boost zusammen, deshalb auch zwei Schalter. Und deine Angst vor Verlusten in den Speicherelementen ist unbegründet, die Verluste in den Schaltern sind meist höher.
