1500V 20ma Konstantstromquelle? (Elektronik)

Hallo!
Ich möchte 400 Led in Serie schalten, und mit einem 12 auf 1500V Hochspannungs Gegentaktwandler betreiben.

400 x 3,8V = 1520V

Jetzt brauche ich eine Schaltung, die 1500V auf 20ma begrenzt! Wie bau ich sowas wenn möglich diskret!
