ich habe auch schon Datenblätter gesehen ( http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/tps2375.html ) in denen es so aussieht, als ob es Elkos sind.... Im Text steht dann aber, dass es sich um einen Keramikkondensator handelt (der 0,1uF in der Sample-Application). Verwirrend irgendwie...
