Suche Smd Transistor (Elektronik)

also,
es sind doch beide Transistoren kaputt, bei dem anderen,
ist ein stück rausgebrochen, aber das is nicht beim auslöten passiert...
was mein ihr, was für einen Transistor nehmen soll???
NPN oder PNP?
und was für ein typ, sprich J-FET oder sowas??
