vielen Dank für Deine Antwort.
Die Formel für die Induktivität ist mir bekannt. Vermutlich spielt die Kapazität bei HF-Anwendungen eine wichtigere Rolle, da dieser Gedanke aus einem HF-Seminar von Altera kommt. Zitat aus diesem Seminar: "I typically find it's the via stubs or the vias themselves that look extra capacitive, which dominate the impedance discontinuities and can give rise to the most damaging effects."

Vielleicht findet man ein Modell für Durchkontaktierungen im Simulationsprogramm wie Spice!
