Wenn man von einer Konstantstromqeulle absieht kann man mit nen LM2576 die Spannung auf die 3,2 V Wandeln und ein unterspannungsschutz kann man gleichzeitig auch realieseren.

Ich weiß leider nicht wie man das richtig Ausrechnet.
Das können aber garantiert die anderen.

Ich hab schon seit einen halben jahr eine Luxeon I an meinen Fahrrad ohne KSQ einfach mit den MC34063 im Step up auf 3,5 V.
Als Akku hab ich soen Pollin Ramsch Akku hält bei mir ganz schön lange ( vlt 12 h ), und die Helligkeit mit einer ensprechenden Linse sollte bei einer Kopflampe ausreichend sein , die P4 ist nochmal doppelt so hell.

Das zu KSQ , Akku und Spannungswandlung.
