Konstantstromquelle (Schaltungstechnik)

Hallo miteinander,
ich habe ne frage und zwar brauch ich ne konstantstromquelle welche 350mA liefert oder vielleicht sogar noch mehr.Betreiben will ich damit eine high power LED. Jetzt komt das wichtigste die ganze sache sollte mit nem Akku laufen und doch so 12h laufzeit wären nicht schlecht.
wer kann mir damit weiterhelfen oder ist gar nicht realisierbar? Was meint ihr dazu?
