Leistung am Widerstand (Bauelemente)

Hi,
ich suche einen Widerstand, an dem für ca. 1s eine 400V Wechselspannung anliegen soll. Die Spannung verringert sich dann innerhalb von 3s auf 10V. Es darf ein maximaler Strom von 5A fließen. Somit ergibt sich über das ohmsche Gesetz ein Widerstand mit dem Wert R = 80Ohm.

Ich weiß nun nicht, ob ich bei der Auswahl noch auf die im Widerstand umgesetzte Leistung bzw. max. Spannungsfestigkeit achten!

Kann mir jemand behilflich sein?
