Nochmal, welchen DC-Wandler? (Elektronik)

Was jetz merkwürdig ist:

an Messpunkt 6 wechselt die Spannung periodisch zwischen negativ und positiv. Soweit in Ordnung. An Punkt 9 messe ich allerdings nur positive Spannung. Was ist der Grund dafür? Das bedeutet, dass der Transistor Q3 ständig durchschalten würde, dass kann er doch aber nicht, da sich die Spannung an Punkt 6 ordnungsgemäß verhält. Liegt es vielleicht an dem Messinstrument der Software?
