Simple Frage: Trafoleistung (Elektronik)

Hallo

ich hab einen Trafo mit sek. 2x12V 5A Beschriftung. Welchen Strom kann ich nach Gleichrichtung+Glättung erwarten? Soweit ich weiß hängt das u.a. auch vom Kondensator ab. Gibt es eine einfache Formel oder einen Richtwert?
