Elektronische Wisch-Schaltung (Elektronik)

Hallo zusammen.

Ich bin in sachen Elektronik noch ein Anfänger und sollte für die Schule eine Arbeit erstellen.

Bestandteil dieser Arbeit, ist ein Äquivalent zu einem Wischrelais jedoch in elektronischer Form.

Da ich nur über Grundwissen verfüge habe ich mir an diesem Bestandteil bisher den Kopf zerbrochen.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir dabei etwas helfen.
