Das Vmin bezieht sich auf ein komplettes Los. Es kann
also sein, das Deine Dioden nur 3V brauchen, oder auch
3,7V. Im Endeffekt kannst Du das nur durch Messen bei
konstantem Strom feststellen. An deiner Stelle würde ich
drei Ketten mit je 4 Dioden parallel schalten und die
drei Vorwiderstände entsprechend umdimensionieren. Vor
endgültiger Inbetriebnahme würde ich aber die Ströme in
den drei Zweigen nachmessen und dann die Widerstände
entsprechend anpassen.
