Da ist die Hintergrundbeleuchtung eher nicht defekt.
Entweder sie flackert unregelmäßig oder bleibt ganz aus.

Ein Bildschirm ist bei intakter Beleuchtung meist auch nie richtig schwarz, den Unterschied sollte man im Gegensatz zum AUS-Zustand sehen.
