Print terminal blocks PTSM (Elektronik)

Hallo Leute,
habe eine kleine Platine mit besagtem Steckverbinder: Phoenix Contacts PTSM. Wie oder wo muß ich "reingiegeln", um den angeschlossenen Draht wieder heraus zu bekommen. Steh da echt auf dem Schlauch.
