LM317 und langsames Strom-Hochfahren (Elektronik)

Irgendwie mit einem Thermistor (PTC oder NTC) , der vll. mit dem IC thermisch gekoppelt ist.
Allerdings ist dann der Aufwand von einer PWM nicht weit entfernt.
Ich könnte mir auch vorstellen, dass es fertige Baugrupppe in der Bucht gibt: Treiber mit Softstart heute bestellt, nächstes Jahr da
