Habe eben ausgerechnet, ein C mit 150nF wäre geeignet bei ca. 10mA, einen 470R-Widerstand davor und gut ist's, eine 1N4148 antiparallel zur LED, das kriege ich vom Platz her gesehen vielleicht hin.
