Matzi wollte ja ein kleineres Gehäuse als TO220 - sogar TO126 ist ihm noch zu groß (BD677 -> xy).

Wie er das mit seiner Verlustleistung klärt, weis ich nicht - ich kenne seine Schaltung nicht.
Vielleicht kann er ja mehrere TO92 (gut gekühlt) verwenden ?
