Ein Rail-to-Rail-Komparator, what else? :-) (Elektronik)

Ein Rail-to-Rail-Komparator kann das? Ich weiss jetzt grad keinen Typ. Aber ich denke, das gibt es auf jeden Fall, wie es schliesslich eine Menge von Rail-to-Rail-Opamps gibt.
