» Ich brauche 2 Kanäle a 0,7A, besser 1A bei 14,2 Volt.
» Ansteuerbar mit TTL.
» (2x 60 Led), je drei in Reihe mit Rv bei 0,035A)

Du kannst Low-Side schalten? Dann reicht doch ein Logikpegel n-MOSFET je Kanal. Wie klein darf er denn sein, auch SOT-23?
