Hallo xy,
denkst Du da an die Spannung? Denn wenn ich z.B. einen 0.6W Yageo Metallschicht-R nehme, dann hat der eine tmax von 150°. Derating ab 70°, dann komme ich auf ein Rth von 135°/W. Bei o.23W steigt die Temperatur am Widerstand dann um 31°, bei sagen wir 70° Umgebungstemperatur liege ich dann bei einer Temperatur des R's von gut 100° - oder sehe ich da was falsch?
