Guckst du voll krasse Datenblatt 
Dann greift mal wider das gute alte ohmsche Gesetz:
R=|U_GS|/I_D
(nicht das du hier bspw. mit U_GS=-1V rechnest und dann einen -100Ohm Widerstand suchst 
Oder du rechnest R=U_SG/I_D
