Der Widerstand hat eine bestimmte thermische Kapazität, die dafür sorgt, dass sich die Temperatur nicht Sprungartig ändert, sondern in Form einer e-Funktion (analog zur Kondensatoraufladung an Konstantspannung).

Wenn alles wirklich so verschaltet ist, aber das wurde ja schon angesprochen.
