Suche Konstantstromquelle mit wenig Spannungsabfall. (Elektronik)

Ich meine ja eine normale I-const. Schaltung mit Ge-Trans
und Si-diode als Referenz. Is nicht 100% kostant, aber
konstant genug.
Wie wird in Handys eigentlich de Li-Pol Akku über USB
geladen? (5-4,2=0,8 V)
