Hochvolt OpAmp gesucht (Elektronik)

Hallo,

die TDAs habe ich schon mal gehabt.
Fertig aufgebaute Module.
An einem 3,9 Ohm Lastwiderstand liefen die problemlos
und lieferten 100W Sinus. Kein Schwingen, auch nicht im Begrenzungsfall, perfekt.
Am Lautsprecher bei kleiner Lautstärke funktionierten die auch.

Dann habe ich Gas gegeben, auf einmal machte es pitsch, es stank und die Dinger waren durchgebrannt.
Nein, Danke, das ist keine Lösung für mich.
