da gibt es die Hochvolt-OPs von APEX:

die Bezugsquelle ist z.B. Digikey:
http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en?FV=fff40027,fff800dd,fffc04d8&chp=0
- sind aber nicht ganz billig...
