Diode 1N4448 in LTSpice einbringen? (Elektronik)

» na die Datei nennt sich prm und in dem Ordner LTspiceIV/lib/sub sind nur

Die Endung ist egal.
Allerdings sollte man nichts in den Programmordner von LTspice kopieren oder ändern.
» C: Program Files (x86)/LTC/LTspiceIV /...
Alles in dein Arbeitsdirectory, in dem auch das*.ASC file liegt!

» soll das bedeuten die .prm wird so auch akzeptiert?
Ja, aber du darfst sie gern umbenennen.

» Das reinkopieren der .prm bringt nichts, finde nix im Auswahlmenue.
Dazu gibts kein Menue, das mußt du mit dem Windows-Explorer machen. (oder einem anderen Dateimanager)

Es gibt 3 Arten, ein neues Bauteil einzubinden:
1.) Ein ".model D1N4448 D(Is=..." in dein Schematic kopieren.
2.) ein .Subckt... in dein Schematic kopieren
3.) ein File mit diesem Inhalt in dein Arbeitsdirectory kopieren und das mit ".include..." oder ".lib... in dein Schematic einfügen.

Ein .subckt fügst du folgendermaßen ein:
(Bezog sich auf einen unbekannten FET, du nimmst bitte die Diode!)
** using subcircuit Mosfets.
Place an "nmos" on the schematic.
Ctrl-right-mouse-click on it.
Prefix:MN --> change to Prefix:X
Change the value "nmos" to the placed symbol to the model name, STV270N4F3.
Std Nmos: D G S

How to link .asc file to .asy file

Use the following steps.
1. Put the .asy symbol and the .asc schematic in a convenient folder.
2. Start LTspice and "Open" a new schematic.
3. From the "File" menu select "Save As" and save your new schematic in
the same folder you use in step 1.
4. From the tool bar select "Component". This is the symbol that looks
like a NAND gate.
5. At the top of the "Select Component Symbol" dialog there is a list
box labeled "Top Directory". Click on the downward pointed arrow on the
right side of the list box. You will see two choices. One is the
default location where LTspice keeps all of its symbols. The other is
the path to the folder you specified in step 3. Select the path to the
folder you specified in step 3.
6. After completing step 5 you will see the name of your .asy symbol in
a text box in the lower half of the "Select Component Symbol" dialog.
Select your symbol and click on "OK" in the "Select Component Symbol"
dialog.
7. Place the symbol on your schematic and then use the "Esc" key on
your keyboard to exit the symbol placement mode,
8. Right click on the symbol. This brings up the "Component Attribute
Editor". In the "Value" field in the line labeled "Spice Model" enter
the name of the .asc schematic that goes with your symbol. Click on
"OK" in the Component Attribute Editor" dialog.
