Ich wage es, dir zu widersprechen. 
Das würde ja nur die Flanken an Induktivität und Anode der Diode verschleifen.
Die Grundfrequenz, bevor der Reset greift, wird ja am Eingang durch die R-C Kombination bestimmt. Aber bei nur 3V ist das dann wohl auch nicht mehr so präzise.
