LTSpice und Logikgatter (Elektronik)

Die Logik-Gatter in der LTSpice Simu sind standard mäßig
mit der für TTL üblichen Versorgungsspannung eingetragen.

Entweder du änderst das, oder du machst die TRIAC-Ansteuerung anders.

Möglichkeiten:
Opto-Koppler, oder Spannungskonverter, oder passenden TRIAC,
oder die Logikversorgung anpassen, wie sie zB für die CD4xxx Serie üblich bis 18V (12,,15,, ) ginge.

Zudem ist deine TRIAC-Ansteuerung so nicht ganz richtig.
Du musst ja auch gleichrichten für die Logik-Gatter, oder Elektroniksteuerung.
