Er darf nicht zu niederohmig sein, sonst geht der Transistor bzw die Z-Diode kaputt. Und zu hochohmig darf er auch nicht sein, sonst geht die maximale Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit in die Knie.

Schau also ins Datenblatt des Sensors, dort steht was der Transistor verträgt.
