Ja, wenn Du einen Smart-FET/OmniFET verwendest, kannst Du Deine Last überwachen.

wäre solch ein Teil. Es gibt auch noch andere Hersteller solcher Bauteile.

p.s. der ein oder andere Forumsteilnehmer sollte sich in der Tat mal ernsthaft überlegen, ob er jede Frage erstmal als Steilvorlage für irgendwelche abfälligen Kommentare verwenden muss.
