IC für IGBT-Ansteuerung (Bauelemente)

Hallo zusammen,

ich suche ein IC mit dem ich 6 IGBT's in einer B6-Schaltung ansteuern kann.
Alternativ wäre auch eine 1-phasige Schaltung möglich.

Kann mir jemand sagen, welche IC's am besten geeignet sind?
