ATtiny nicht auslesbar & ständig kommt ein Fehler (Elektronik)

Hey,

ich habe jetzt soweit alles fertig. Habe wie es scheint auch Verbindung zum IC. Nur irgendwie habe ich Probleme ihn zu bespielen. Schon allein wenn ich auf Device ID read klicke kommt:

No supported device matches device signature (0x00 0x00 0x07) nor JTAG ID (0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00)

Und wenn ich mein Programm draufspielen will kommt:

Verifying Flash...Failed! address=0x0000 expected=0xbc actual=0x00

Was soll mir das sagen?

Wenn ich Lock bits 0x00 neu programmiere kommt dann beim flashen das
hier:

Verifying Flash...Failed! address=0x0000 expected=0xbc actual=0xc0

Ich weiß nicht ._.

Benutze den AVRISP mk II mit AVR Studio 5.
