Nein leider nicht. Die hab ich alle schon ausprobiert. Bei 1 mA ist meist Schluß nach unten.

Der LP2950 soll hingegen solch niedrige Werte, wie ich sie brauche, ermöglichen. Aber den muß ich erst noch beschaffen. Ich fürchte fast, da gibt es das gleiche Problem mit der Einstellcharakteristik.
