5V Dotmatrix Display mit 3V3 Controller (Elektronik)

Hallo,

ich möchte mit einem 3,3 V Atmel Controller ein Dotmatrix Display ansteuern. Das Display wird mit 5V versorgt. Die minimale Datenspannung des Displays ist 0.7Vdd, in meinem Fall also 3,5 V. Die I/O Controller-Spannung von 3,3 V reicht also nicht aus.

Was macht man hier am besten?
