Problem mit D-FlipFlop (Bauelemente)

Also hab die Schaltung mal nachgebaut, funktioniert jedoch nicht.

Was mich auch wunder ist die beschaltung von Cp.... der schaltet bei mir nur, wenn er low ist.

dadurch ist, bei der Schaltung, auch von anfang an Q immer auf high.

Liegt wohl daran, dass Cp mit dem 470Ohm Widerstand dauerhaft mit Masse verbunden ist?!
