Vorschlag:

Der obige Wechselrichter macht zwar 230V, aber die kannst ja mit einem kleinen Trafo wieder runter bringen.
Der kostet nur ein paar "Zerquetschte", zusammen <20 Eur.

Das Basteln wird gleich teuer, noch dazu musst die
richtigen Teile einzeln kaufen.
