Lichtdetektor mit einer Avalanche Fotodiode (Schaltungstechnik)

Hallo,

Will kurz darauf hinweisen das der LMP7721 nur einen
Versorgungsspannungsbereich von 1,2 bis 5,5 Volt hat!


» habe ich mir den LMP7721 bestellt, der als "Femtoampere

Schaden kann es nichts ob es etwas bringt hängt nicht zuletzt vom Aufbau ab.




Also duale 5V Versorgung ist nicht möglich, +/- 2.5 geht natürlich.

Hab jetzt aber gerade nicht mehr Zeit.
