Lichtdetektor mit einer Avalanche Fotodiode (Schaltungstechnik)

Hi,

ich habe mir jetzt mal die PDF, die du mir verlinkt hast, angeschaut und habe mir daraufhin einen neuen OV bestellt. Da es den LMC6001 nicht gab, habe ich mir den LMP7721 bestellt, der als "Femtoampere Input Bias Current Precision Amplifier" beworben wird. Im Datenblatt wird geschrieben, dass er sich besonders gut als photodiode amplifier eignet.

Der Schaltplan, den du angehangen hast (APD Circuit First Stage), ist mir noch ein wenig zu kompliziert. Mir ist dort bei vielen Bauteilen nicht klar, warum man sie genau so dort einsetzt.
