das brauchst:



Der NPN wird ja an der Basis positiv gesteuert,
der PNP negativ.
Vom Bezugspunkt des Emitters des Transi gesehen.

Daher musst du die Schaltsignale jeweils logisch umkehren, negieren.

Das geht eben nur mit den zwei Transistufen.
