Bei 12V soll der 555 zurückgesetzt werden. Also muss am Pin 6 eine Refferensspannung von (12V / 3)*2 = 8V angelegt werden.

Bei 14V soll der 555 gesetzt werden. Also muss am Pin 2 eine Refferensspannung von 14V / 3 = 4,67V angelegt werden.
