Start-Stop-Schaltung mit Thyristor (Elektronik)

Mit der Diode (ohne diese ist nichts zu machen!) und C1=100µF
Lassen sich problemlos 500mA ein- und ausschalten.
Getestet mit einem 3A Typ.
