LTspice4 (Computertechnik)

» Gibts ein Modell für 'CMOS 4060' ?
aktuell offensichtlich nicht - allerdings ist meine Lib von 2007.

Wenn Ichs ja dringend brauchen würde, würde ich es mit aus FFs selbst zusammenbasteln. Aber momentan ist es bei mir nur "nett, wenn ich sowas hätte".
Grundschaltungen von FFs und Gattern kennt LTspice. Man kann sich sogar aus einzelnen FET-Modellen selbst IC's zusammenbauen, das in ein .subckt verpacken und ein *.sym Symbol dazu kreieren. Aber das hab ich auch noch nicht gemacht.
