Mit LTspice? Ja, als Ziel des Ausgangs ein MP3 File angeben wohin das Signal gespeichert wird. Und dann unter Windows dieses MP3 File abspielen. (kann auch ganz andere "Tonfolge" sein)

Oder meinst du einen Software Tongenerator für die Soundkarte? Gibts, aber kenn ich mich nicht mit aus - ich hab einen echten Tongenerator in Hardware.
