Konstantstromquelle 100 µA. (Elektronik)

Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe! :-)

Ich werde wohl einen LM10 nehmen.
Die Beispiel-Schaltung "Current Regulator" verstehe ich aber nicht wirklich:

An welche Pins muss ich die Spannungsquelle anschliessen, und vielleicht kann mir jemand noch sagen welche Werte bei den Widerständen für 100 µA nötig wären? Kann ich einen Widerstand durch ein Poti ersetzen, und die Begrenzung ein wenig regeln?

Wenn ich das nach der Formel selbst berechne, bin ich mir nicht sicher ob vielleicht ein explosionsgeschützter Raum beim Testen von Vorteil wäre... :-)
